All medical treatments, including injectables, IV therapy and GLP-1 weight management, require a consultation and are provided only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate. Results vary from person to person.
Appointments, cancellations and no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee or forfeit a deposit, as explained at booking.
Memberships and packages
Membership and package terms, including billing, minimum commitments, cancellations and use of credits, are provided before you enroll and form part of your agreement with us.
Mobile services
Mobile IV appointments are available within our service area. You agree to provide a safe, suitable location and accurate health information. We may decline or end a mobile visit if conditions are not safe.
Payments and refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. Because of the nature of medical and aesthetic services, completed treatments are not refundable.
